Newest Plan Management Feature (Invoice View)
Thank you for sharing your NDIS journey with us.
You’ve asked and we’ve listened… and now we are excited to announce that ‘Invoice View’ is now active on the invoice notification emails we send to you.
What is Invoice View?
When we receive an invoice on your behalf, you receive an email from us advising that ‘We’ve received an invoice’. The exciting news is from now own, you are able to click ‘View Invoice’ to see a picture copy of the actual invoice received from the provider to ensure it is all correct.

This will provide you with more control over your NDIS funding.
In the next few weeks we will also be releasing our long-awaited web portal to you – this will enable you to login online to:
- View all current and expired plans;
- View current budget and spend;
- View invoices and current payment status; and
- View goals.
