The Instacare App and portal is an easy way to view your plan, budgets, invoices, track payments and send us invoices to pay (even take a photo on the app), all in real-time and in one place.
The best part, the InstaApp is free for our plan managed clients.
Step one
Register for Access using the form above. Once verified by our team as a current client, we will send you a welcome email (usually within 24 hours).
Step Two
If you wish to use our mobile apps, please search ‘Instacare NDIS’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step Three
Once you have your welcome email, follow the instructions and click the link to set your own password. Once your password has been set, you will automatically be logged-in to the web portal. Use your email address and your unique password to login to our mobile app
