David Button

CO FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR 

Meet our Managing Director! David brings over 20 years’ corporate and government experience — from global accounting firm Deloitte to working within the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). His expertise in finance, risk management and corporate decision-making ensures funds are managed ethically and responsibly to achieve the best outcomes for participants.


David is passionate about technology and financial management. With Instacare, he followed his passion and together with co-founder Liam, created a service to empower people with disabilities to gain confidence in managing their NDIS funds and supports.


Beyond Instacare, David is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).  

Liam McGrath

CO FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER 

Say hello to our CEO! Liam heads up strategy, performance, major corporate decisions and growth planning. His expertise in business management, and passion for the disability and health sectors are exceptionally suited to delivering top quality service for participants and providers.


Liam co-founded Instacare to address the growing need for an NDIS service that truly empowers participants with choice and control, working in genuine partnership with the appropriate specialists.


With extensive networks in allied health, medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dietician and occupational therapy, Liam understands the importance of proper healthcare in improving people’s quality of life. He hopes that as Instacare’s reach grows, as do the positive outcomes for participants.  

Bec Parry

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER 

Bec is an integral member of the Management team at Instacare with over 20 years of experience in Management. Highly skilled in Operational Management and Customer Service, Bec has been pivotal to ensuring staff under her control are equipped with the tools necessary to meet the required needs of clients.


She so beautifully understands the unique needs of individuals, and ensures the requirements of all stakeholders are effectively aligned and fulfilled. Bec is passionate about growing Instacare’s reach into new regions across Australia. Bec will be one of the friendly faces you meet at the Expos attended by Instacare!


Bec’s passion for supporting others is reflected in the high standards of customer service received by clients and consistently positive feedback. 

Alex Creswick

OPERATIONS MANAGER — QUALITY & COMPLIANCE 

Alex has a wealth of experience in the disability sector, along with direct NDIS experience. He was a Support Coordinator, then team leader of Support Coordinators, before stepping into Operations Management.

Alex plays an essential role in delivering the exceptional quality of service at Instacare. He provides support and guidance to staff, allowing them to reach the best possible outcomes for participants.

Methodical, calm and brimming with knowledge, he is an outstanding training facilitator—ensuring staff have the skills and resources available to reach their full potential. Alex’s passion for empowering others is a driving force behind the top quality outcomes achieved for both staff and Instacare participants.

Cathy Shugg

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER 

Cathy gained her education in England, and has over 20 years experience in customer service and administration, across a variety of industries.

Cathy came to Instacare to follow her genuine passion for making a difference and improving the lives of others. Her expertise are customer enquiries, support, accounts and management. With the most exceptional communication skills, Cathy consistently receives positive feedback around her service delivery from participants and providers.

We challenge you to find a more kind, empathetic, patient, approachable and knowledgeable person than Cathy. She is truly dedicated to passing her knowledge on to other staff members, empowering them and enabling them to grow in their roles.
