As an established NDIS plan management and support coordination provider, we are always looking for ways to make our service more accessible and helpful to our clients. Both our service providers and our participants have reflected us that they would value a simpler, faster and more convenient method of payment.

We’ve listened, and as a result are proud to announce the introduction of InstaPAY, a one-stop answer to all your payment needs. When you use InstaPAY, participants can expect to receive reimbursement payments within TWO working days; many of our providers can also expect to be paid within TWO working days! With benefits for both participants and service providers, InstaPAY makes your NDIS payment process faster and easier than ever before.

InstaPAY for Providers – Improve your cash flow with InstaPAY

Particularly during these challenging times, many providers are struggling with cash flow issues. This is where InstaPAY can help: selected providers will be able to receive payments directly into their bank account, in as little as 2 working days. (Condition apply)

InstaPay

InstaPAY for Participants – Faster, easier reimbursement NDIS payments

We understand that from time-to-time, our participants will be purchasing equipment or other eligible items from their NDIS payment budget. The InstaPAY system makes claiming back the cost of these items easy and speedy. The claiming process is completed entirely online and can be completed when convenient.

  • Enter in details of your purchase,
  • State ‘Reimbursement’ in the subject or body of your email so it can be easily identified.
  • InstaPAY will process the information.
  • The reimbursement will then be dispatched to your bank account, arriving within two business days. All data is encrypted for your safety and security.

 Striving to make our service more streamlined

InstaPAY is a great innovation which we hope will make a real, positive difference to your customer care experience. We recognise that prompt payment is essential to both participants and service providers, which is why we’ve opted to provide InstaPAY. Available automatically to all our participants from 1st August 2020, many of our service providers will also be able to opt for the InstaPAY option.

We’re three this month!

With three years of providing high-quality NDIS plan management under our belts, we are delighted to announce the InstaPAY financial management system is now in place. In addition to being available through laptops and desktops, InstaPAY is also available in handy App form. Suitable for both Android and Apple devices, the InstaPAY app is a great way to keep up with your NDIS payments when you’re out and about.
