Specialising in Plan Management and Support Coordination services throughout these years has given us the privilege of building close relationships with thousands of NDIS participants and their families, supporting them across their NDIS services to get the most of their plan.
The NDIS is life changing in its current state, but as a relatively young scheme it continues to grow and evolve and improve. This means that providers like Instacare have to continue to develop and grow to adapt to the changing environment and continue to support you better.
Recently, the Instacare executive team made the significant decision to stop providing Support Coordination services in order to focus on being the best NDIS Plan Manager we can be.
We know this will come as big news to lots of you who we have been receiving our excellent Support Coordination services for many years. This wasn’t an easy decision and front of our minds was how to make this necessary change as a service provider in a way that minimises the disruption to our participants and our brilliant Support Coordination team.
To this end, we have worked closely with OnSide Support Coordination to provide a smooth and orderly handover of our Support Coordination services to them. This means that most of our Support Coordination team will remain intact and have a new home at OnSide. For our participants, it means that should they choose to, in most cases, they can transition across to OnSide and retain their current Support Coordinator.
We chose OnSide as they are the leading provider of independent Support Coordination services in Australia. This means that OnSide, who have been operating for over 7 years, have always only delivered Support Coordination. This makes them conflict of interest free, and importantly means they have been focused on refining their Support Coordination services for their whole existence without distractions to become the market leading provider in this space. We trust OnSide will continue the excellent services you have come to expect from Instacare.
From the 13th of May 2024, OnSide will become the point of contact for Support Coordination related enquiries.
